These are one-off single consultation sessions where you bring your questions and gain clarity of your own systems, gain a better understanding of how social media accounts and apps function, learn about email marketing and get help using Canva and other related software packages.
The key to getting what you need from the session:
Know what you need help with:
Have a list of issues you would like to discuss or questions you have about your own systems, social media or email marketing.
Know what's most important:
From the list of things you need help with, decide on the one or two things you need help with on the call so our time can be used efficiently.
Sessions run for an hour:
Be prompt so we don't waste time—join the zoom call a few minutes in advance of the call time.
Make a list of items to be addressed on future calls:
If we haven't covered everything you had on your list, make a note and book your next session as soon as possible.
Assistance with your particular technology:
Ursula has understanding of a wide range of technologies used for running a business as well as having an online web and social media presence, however, she doesn't have knowledge of all available systems but will assist as best as she is able.
