Do I need to be fully computer literate to use this product?
A certain level of proficiency is required otherwise it makes the task of organizing your digital assets more difficult, but I am happy to help where I can.
What software is required to run the IG OrganiSZer®?
The software that's required is Microsoft Office 365, Photoshop if you use that to edit images and Camtasia if you use that to edit videos.
Canva can also be used to edit graphics, images and videos but that is a separate piece of online, subscription-based software.
Can this be used for posting to a Facebook account as well?
Yes, you can use this to track your posting to your Facebook account as well but the dimensions of the videos and photographs used on Facebook are different. There are other differences as well that you will have to account for.
The IG OrganiSZer® has been specifically created for use with Instagram but you can adapt it as it suits you.
How long do I have access to the IG OrganiSZer® for?
Access to the IG OrganiSZer® is for life.
Any future updates form part of the purchase and as an IG OrganiSZer® student you will always be granted special offers on any new courses which I create prior to them being launched to the public.
Is there 24-hour support and can I get online help?
24-hour support isn't available but you can email [email protected] to get support and as an OrganiSZer you will be able to attend weekly Q&A sessions where you can have your questions answered in person.
I will also respond as soon as I can to all questions posted on the lessons.
If I prefer Evernote can I use it with the IG OrganiSZer® Instead of OneNote?
With a view to making this product as flexible as possible, I have investigated using the free version of Evernote but it has none of the section or sub-page functionality that OneNote provides.
OneNote is more flexible in its functionality.
Will the IG OrganiSZer® teach me how to use the software required to use the product?
No, the IG OrganiSZer® will not teach you how to use any of the required software but I am happy to help where I can.
The same applies as for Instagram, there are many online tutorials and courses that can teach you how to use the various bits of software.
There are a few specific instructions that relate to how the IG OrganiSZer® is used together with Instagram but these are minimal.
If you are struggling with something specific, you are able to get help during the Q&A sessions, depending on the level of complexity.
Can I add links to my Canva designs or photoshop files in OneNote?
Yes, you can add all sorts of links in OneNote.
Links from the internet can simply be pasted onto the appropriate page in OneNote.
Direct links to files on your computer is very easy on a PC but more difficult on a Mac and this is not covered on the course. You can however, ask questions relating to this on the weekly Q&A calls.
Section 4 of the course discuses how to add links from Canva designs to OneNote.
Can I use the IG OrganiSZer® on both PC and Mac?
Yes, the IG OrganiSZer® OneNote has been developed for both platforms.
You only need to select the correct installation files when you download them.
Will the IG OrganiSZer® teach me how Instagram works?
No, the IG OrganiSZer® has been developed specifically to teach you how to organize the electronic files you will be creating for your Instagram account.
There are many online courses that can teach you how to use Instagram, so we suggest you do one of those if you want to learn more about how Instagram works.

Will I get immediate access to all modules and lessons?
Yes, all the resources, modules and lessons are released to you at the time of purchase, this course is not drip-fed.
As you are able to access everything at once, you can complete lessons in your own time and in your own order but it is advised that you follow the lessons in the order they have been presented to prevent particularly, experiencing an unsuccessful import of the OneNote Notebook.
There is support of you run into issues however by either putting a comment on the lesson or by emailing [email protected].
Can I install the IG OrganiSZer® in a different location other than a OneDrive?
No, the IG OrganiSZer® has to be installed into a Personal OneDrive as the OneNote importer required to import the OneNote only works on a Personal OneDrive through the Google Chrome browser.
A shortcut to your OneNote will be put into the Documents folder on the OneDrive during the import process.
Can I use Google Apps or Apple Apps instead of Microsoft Apps?
The IG OrganiSZer® has been designed to run on Microsoft Apps. Neither Google Apps nor Apple Apps have an equivalent for OneNote and the functionality in the other apps is not the same or doesn't exist.
For example, the formatting in the Hashtags Recorder spreadsheet which changed the colour depending on the magnitude of the number entered, will work in Google Sheets but will not work in Apple Pages.
My recommendation therefore is that you use the apps for which it was designed, to avoid frustration with things not working as expected.
Do I have to buy a Microsoft365 subscription to get OneNote?
OneNote comes free with your OneDrive subscription so if you are not interested in using any of the spreadsheets or you are happy to use Google Sheets or Mac Numbers with lesser functionality, you need not purchase a subscription to Microsoft365.
Can I access the IG OrganiSZer® from multiple locations?
Yes, OneNote can be accessed across multiple devices and locations, as can Canva.
Photoshop and Camtasia access will depend how your accounts and devices have been set up.
Why are links I have added to my spreadsheets broken?
The reason links break in OneNote when they have been added on a PC is because the location of the file has changed.
This may be due to either the name of the file being changed, or it being moved from one folder to another.
The links in OneNote do not update automatically and have to be re-established if they have been broken.
