A certain level of computer proficiency is required otherwise it makes the task of organizing your electronic files more difficult but I am happy to help where I can.
Yes, the IG OrganiSZer® OneNote has been developed for both platforms and works seamlessley on both.
24-hour support isn't available but you can email support @ digitalorganiszer.com to get support and as an OrganiSZer you will be able to attend weekly Q&A sessions where you can have your questions answered in person.
I will also respond as soon as I can to all questions posted on the lessons.
