Efficiency Mode in Google Chrome

Through Windows11 there is now something called Efficiency Mode which slows down the loading of images etc through Google Chrome. I have made this short tutorial on how to disable efficiency mode on your Google Chrome browser so you don't have the issue.

After finding that efficiency mode had in fact NOT been turned off all together on my Chrome profiles by doing this, a bit more research showed that there is a command which you can add to the desk top shortcut target field which will run Chrome with efficiency mode disabled. The command you need to add to the target field is this: --disable-features=UseEcoQoSForBackgroundProcess

Here is a further short video which will show you how to do this piece of the process.
